Myservicepay Terms & Conditions

Service Payment
- MyServicePay enables you to split your service bill into easy monthly EMIs.
- The full service amount is paid directly to the merchant on your behalf.
Repayment Obligation
- You agree to repay your EMIs on time as per the plan selected (2–6 months).
- Payments will be collected through UPI AutoPay mandate or other authorized payment methods.
Processing Fees & Interest
- A one-time processing fee of ₹50 is applicable on every transaction.
- Monthly interest of 2% of the service price is applicable (unless otherwise stated).
Late Payments
- If an EMI fails or is delayed, late charges may apply.
- Repeated delays may affect your eligibility for future Pay Later services. and cibil score.
KYC & Verification
- You authorize MyServicePay to verify your identity (PAN, Aadhaar, UPI ID) for approval.
- Your data will only be used for verification and repayment purposes.
Privacy & Communication
- Your data will be kept secure and not shared with third parties, except for payment and verification partners.
- By using this service, you agree to receive communication via WhatsApp/SMS/Email for updates, reminders, and repayment alerts.
Eligibility
- Approval of EMI plans is subject to verification and internal checks.
- MyServicePay reserves the right to approve or reject any application without explanation.
Liability
- Once the merchant is paid, you are fully liable to complete your EMI payments.
- MyServicePay is not responsible for service quality; any disputes regarding the service must be resolved directly with the merchant.
